NOTE: FOOD VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A FOOD PERMIT TO THE COBB & DOUGLAS PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT.  INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED AND YOUR EVENT FEES ARE PAID.
